Our mission is to provide our customers with intelligence advantage and cyber resilience to successfully navigate an unpredictable world.We are looking for a positive and organised business coordinator with initiative, confidence and experience to join our Legal and Compliance Directorate in Wellington.
You will work on a range of things across the Directorate, and work closely with our leaders to help our teams run.
We can't reveal all the details of what you'll work on, but it will be interesting, varied and important.The role - key responsibilitiesCoordinate a variety of business activity, like Directorate planning and reporting, budgeting, workflows, information management, maintaining registers, and coordinating Directorate input for organisational processes and projects.Build and maintain strong relationships across and outside the GCSB and take the lead on some key external engagements.Provide targeted executive support to Directorate leaders to enable them in their management and governance roles.Who we're looking forWe are looking for someone who is positive, organised, confident to use their initiative and thrives working in a busy team with a varied workload.
You'll be a great communicator, both in person and in writing.
