Our mission is to help our clients stay ahead of emerging threats while aligning technology strategies with their business goals.The RoleAs a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get the most out of our IT and Cybersecurity services.
You'll work closely with our engineering and sales teams to deliver top-tier solutions, provide strategic guidance, and identify opportunities to enhance their technology landscape.What You'll Be DoingClient Relationship ManagementAct as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' business and security needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Conduct regular account reviews, calls, and site visits to align services with client objectives.Technical Insight & SupportProvide guidance on cybersecurity and technology strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to help resolve escalated customer issues and proactively address risks.Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies by working with our wider team.Project OversightLiaise with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery.Track project progress, mitigate risks, and keep clients informed.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and present Technology Roadmaps, reports, and service recommendations to clients.Identify opportunities for improvement in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity posture.Upselling & RenewalsIdentify opportunities to expand IT and cybersecurity solutions based on client needs.Support contract renewal discussions and drive high client retention rates.What We're Looking ForTechnical Expertise – Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, including threat analysis, vulnerability management, and incident response.IT & Security Knowledge – Familiarity with security technologies such as firewalls, endpoint protection, etc.Customer-Centric Mindset – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Problem-Solving Skills – A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.Organisational Abilities – Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Your Experience & Qualifications2+ years in account management, IT consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering technology solutions.Experience with CRM systems and other IT business applications.Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.Why Join Us?Work with a dynamic and forward-thinking team.Gain exposure to cutting-edge cybersecurity and IT technologies.Excellent career growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving industry.Flexible working arrangements (Hybrid options available).Ready to take your career to the next level?
