With strong demand for our services and a forward growth strategy, IMPAC needs to ensure we continue to provide a quality service to our internal staff and external stakeholders and clients.The Client & Training Coordinator role represents our frontline for client requests, lead generation, qualification of sales inquiries, and generating new opportunities. The role requires energy, professionalism, great communication skills, and commitment to success.This is a largely phone-based role to provide solutions for our clients based on their requests, to successfully secure new opportunities, and to promote and fill our scheduled training courses. In-person meetings and interactions will also be part of your brief.The role is vital in managing client needs, expectations, and inquiries so that all interactions positively grow client relationships. This means:Inbound customer service and outbound sales calls to existing clients.Being responsive, timely, and accurate to deliver outstanding service to all clients.Ensuring a great match between clients' needs and the service/solution provided.Using your sales skills to find and secure new clients.Ensuring all client opportunities and activity are captured in any agreed group-wide systems e.g., CRM and/or booking platform.Fostering and maintaining relationships with all internal stakeholders.Being a lynchpin of our Wellington office, ensuring its smooth operation and helping drive a warm, friendly, supportive culture.About YouMotivated by delivering results and providing clients with solutions.An interest or experience in health and safety would be a real bonus.Strong engagement and communication skills.Enjoy being busy and getting things done.Naturally driven and able to operate in an autonomous fashion.Commercially aware with an ability to develop client relationships.Excellent written and verbal reasoning skills.Action-oriented and positive attitude.Successful inbound and outbound telephone sales experience.Administratively strong, technically savvy.A positive, friendly "can do" attitude.For YouIMPAC offers a competitive market salary, annual wellness benefit, training and upskilling opportunities, and a supported pathway for progression.
