You'll have the opportunity to contribute to these goals by supporting the people who make it happen.In this dynamic role, you will:Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth journey for new team membersManage comprehensive HR administration, including personnel files and systemsSupport employee engagement activities and internal communicationsDrive the offboarding process and analyse exit survey dataMaintain crucial HR documentation and reporting systemsManage the HR team's inbox and provide first-line support to staff queriesCoordinate learning and development initiatives across the organisationAbout you | E pa ana ki a koe:Join an organisation where partnership, collaboration, accountability, transparency, and excellence are at our core.You are an experienced and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in coordinating and supporting HR functions or similar. You have a tertiary qualification in HR or a closely related field, or you bring significant experience in a similar role. Your understanding of recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration allows you to handle the demands of a busy and dynamic team environment with confidence.To be successful in this role you will have:Exceptional attention to detail and high-quality standardsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, Outlook, and ExcelStrong organisational and time-management capabilitiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience maintaining confidential information with utmost discretionA collaborative approach and strong customer service focusProblem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyKnowledge of HRIS systems (advantage)Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and commitment to incorporating Te Reo Maori in appropriate settingsMost importantly, you are kind, caring, respectful, hardworking, and fun - ready to contribute to our positive team culture while supporting our vision of a healthy environment and a resilient and prosperous community.The salary range for this role is between $67,590 to $75,100 and will depend on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
