You will manage timelines, coordinate contractors, and provide exceptional service while improving efficiency and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate quotes and identify necessary works for property upgrades.Client Management: Lead client meetings with professionalism and confidence. Ensure smooth onboarding and maintain ongoing client communication.Timeline Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, delivering them on time and within budget. Effectively manage both small-scale and large-scale projects.Contractor Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors. Organise and follow up on tasks to ensure project momentum. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals. Work closely with an assistant to manage administrative tasks. Communicate clearly and transition projects seamlessly through various phases.Strategic System Development: Maintain organised and accurate project documentation. Follow existing processes while suggesting improvements for efficiency. Upgrade systems to enhance overall productivity.Skills and ExperienceRequired SkillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport building.Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.Technical SkillsProficient in Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Chat.Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Basecamp).ExperienceMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field.Knowledge and passion for the property industry.About YouYou're a results-driven individual who thrives on execution and enabling others to succeed.
