You will also be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of high-quality administrative and support systems, enhancing the overall efficiency of the Mitre 10 Support Centre.Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, your key functions will include:Greet team members and visitors in a warm and friendly manner, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the reception area.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs or inquiries promptly and accurately.Maintain our relationships with Corporate Travel Management, Air New Zealand (Koru), Budget rentals, and maintain up-to-date preferred hotels and motels.Support the operation of the Vehicle Policy, ensuring licensing information is recorded and support drivers to maintain their vehicles.Monitor the Argus tracking system and provide weekly reports to drivers and Managers.Coordinate the HSW management processes for external contractors.Proactively ensure that the Support Centre facilities run smoothly.Your experience will include:Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role.Good understanding of H&S safety compliance and contractor management.Experience in the travel industry is preferred but not necessary.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.The ability to build effective, positive working relationships with people at all levels.Effective prioritizing and multitasking ability.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Hold a full driver's license.We are a team moving forward, and that is a result of our motivated, skilled team members.
