Join us in supporting the Head of Regulatory Change to manage and oversee regulatory change, as we continue to face into a considerable agenda of regulator priorities.
Your role involves leading the obligations management process to implement regulatory change, alongside developing and executing strategic initiatives for efficient and safe implementation.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring regulatory change is executed within ASB's obligations management framework.Providing a Line 2 assessment of the effectiveness of processes and controls implemented to achieve compliance with obligations in regulatory change initiatives, including thematics and insights.Advocating for sustainable compliance solutions with a customer-focussed approach.Distilling complex legislative requirements into clear obligations for ASB.Enhancing the competencies of team members in the Regulatory Change and Obligations Management Team as well as the broader Line 2 Compliance Team.Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with regulatory change programmes, risk and other business stakeholders.By embodying these roles, the Regulatory Change and Obligations Management Team plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of sustainable compliance.Nga mea kia whai angitu ahau?
| What do I need to be successful?In today's fast-paced work environment, the ability to navigate complexity and juggle competing priorities is vital.
