We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to ensure compliance across a diverse product portfolio, including dietary supplements, sports supplements, medical devices, food, personal care, and health products.

About the Role: As a key member of our regulatory team, you will work closely with internal teams and regulatory authorities to maintain compliance with EPA, FSANZ, MPI, and Medsafe standards. You will play a crucial role in product approvals, regulatory reporting, and compliance management.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee product approvals, labeling, and import/export compliance
  • Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance on compliance adjustments
  • Support investigations and corrective actions for compliance-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Environmental Science, Food Science, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in dietary supplements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
