Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Change Manager to lead the obligations management process and develop strategic initiatives for efficient implementation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring regulatory change is executed within ASB's obligations management framework.
  • Providing a Line 2 assessment of the effectiveness of processes and controls implemented to achieve compliance with obligations in regulatory change initiatives.
  • Distilling complex legislative requirements into clear obligations for ASB.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong risk, compliance or legal background, effective communication skills, and experience with executive-level reporting. Relevant tertiary and professional qualifications or equivalent business experience are essential.
