This position is accountable for all aspects of operations administration, including project planning (detailing timeframes, work scope/specifications, project milestones with associated progressive billing, tracking systems, and resourcing – labour and materials).The Operations Administrator will assist with the scheduling of labour, equipment/machinery, and materials in line with each project plan. They will work closely with the Branch Manager and Project Manager and support them wherever necessary, maintaining active communication with the project team and client, monitoring progress on each project against the project plan.The Operations Administrator will assist in motivating the project team to ensure optimum results are achieved. They will coordinate resources to ensure certification is completed for each stage of the project, with signed copies passed on to the client.The Operations Administrator will be responsible for invoicing the client at either the completion of the job or at monthly progress increments. This is a key role in the business requiring someone who is highly motivated, able to work autonomously, results-oriented, quality-oriented, and able to multitask. No job is too big or too small. They must have and inspire high personal standards of workmanship, be cost-conscious, highly commercial, and be able to role model behaviors linked to the Company's Values.The Operations Administrator will coordinate fleet maintenance.
