Your Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of global and local re/insurance clients based in the Pacific region.
- Develop deep and sustainable relationships with C-Suite client executives and other critical team members.

- Deliver agreed services in line with associated metrics and scorecards.
- Build and develop existing client relationships as well as proactively develop new relationships and business development opportunities.

- A proven track record in large global / complex client management and relationship building.
- Experienced in handling sophisticated collaborated networks across multiple time zones and geographies.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced at identifying growth opportunities and tailoring solutions to support.
- Able to articulate the strategic view with detailed arguments and action plans.
- Able to act with conviction and be a people-influencer with both C-suite leaders and operational teams.
- Demonstrates personal qualities of planning, resolving problems, collaboration, and dedication to personal development.
