So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.About the jobKeep the team efficient and motivatedPrepare assembly and FAT schedule with resourcesSupport subordinates on operational tasksLiaise possible resources (Workshop / HSS Team) to complete skid assembly and testEstimate and commit to number of workshop hours for projectsForecast and plan resources on project basisManage assembly according to relative standards and URSFollow up on KPIs (hours consumption, DOT and quality)Execution and maintain EHS proceduralManage and analysis nonconformity issue, make relevant resolution and processTraining our employee and temporary workerPerform measurements and controls on finished products and/or components.Handle incoming inspection activities and nonconformity reporting to HSS Team.Handle calibration measurement equipment periodicallyHandle quality improvement projects/activities.Assist in claim analysis and relative resolution process.Assist in validation of finished products and componentsSupport to guarantee customer requirements are completely fulfilled.Manage continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality area, in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality Strategy.What you knowKnowledge and skills:Bachelor degree or aboveMajor in Welding, Mechanical Engineering or similar5+ EHS and 5+ machine engineering working experience especially in skid assembly and welding; Life Science or Food background is a plusKnowledge of safety production and safety managementKnowledge of environmental protection managementFamiliar with the relevant laws, regulations, policy, criterion and procedure in EHSFamiliar with the requirements of GMP or sanitary requirementKnowledge of sanitary fluid products is a plusKnow something about characteristics of stainless steel, working experience in welding procedure specification (WPS), welding procedure qualification (PQR) and non-destructive testing (NDT) is preferredProficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, preferably with working background in a foreign companyProficiency in office software and strong ability in document are preferred.Strong communication and coordination abilityWith the skill of CAD is a plusAttitude and motivation:Strong initiatives, high problem solving skills, high communication skills.We care about diversity, inclusion, and equity in our recruitment processes.
