The Role
As a Bicycle Mechanic at Evo Cycles, you'll play a critical role in our workshop, working closely with our team to diagnose, repair, and service bikes of all kinds. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise, working on a wide range of bikes and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostic and Repair: Use your technical expertise to diagnose and repair bikes, ensuring that every vehicle leaves our workshop in excellent condition.
- Inventory Management: Oversee our workshop inventory, including ordering and managing parts for jobs.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with our sales team to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues related to bike repairs and maintenance.
- Sales and Satisfaction: Sell workshop parts and accessories, ensuring that every customer leaves our workshop satisfied with their purchase.
About You
We're looking for a skilled Bicycle Mechanic who is passionate about cycling and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you bring:
- Experience: Previous work as a Bicycle Mechanic, with a strong understanding of bike mechanics and repair techniques.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: The ability to engage effectively with both customers and team members.
- Industry Qualifications: Certifications like Sram, Shimano, Bosch, Giant, or Trek are a bonus.
