Job DescriptionSofitel Wellington is looking for a superstar to join the team as Concierge. From a warm welcome to a fond farewell, as a Concierge, you will take care of the guests as soon as they step foot onto your driveway, ensuring a lasting impression for our guests' stay. You will assist in the day to day operations of the Concierge department including lobby services, valet parking, & ensuring that our guests receive the magnifique Sofitel experience.
From the moment guests arrive, your warm smile and poised demeanor will envelop them in an embrace of genuine hospitality, making them feel instantly at ease. Your expertise in the art of communication will craft a narrative of comfort and assurance throughout their stay.
