**Job Description**:
The concierge/Reception role forms part of our esteemed Front Office team, you will orchestrate unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests, setting the stage for an extraordinary stay.

Exuding grace and elegance, you will be the maestro of personalized service, anticipating and fulfilling our guests' every desire with a seamless finesse that leaves them awe inspired. Your impeccable attention to detail will transform their journey, curating bespoke recommendations that unveil the city's hidden gems.

From the moment guests arrive, your warm smile and poised demeanor will envelop them in an embrace of genuine hospitality, making them feel instantly at ease. Your expertise in the art of communication will craft a narrative of comfort and assurance throughout their stay.

**Qualifications**:

- Service focused personality is essential; customer service experience is an asset.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Full NZ Driver’s license and able to drive both manual and auto.
- Ability to work on a rotating roster.
- Previous similar experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of Wellington sights and events
- Able to take Initiative and adapt to changing conditions
