**Join Our Team**
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic part-time receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a pivotal role in creating a fantastic impression and delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner, providing outstanding customer service with a positive attitude and approach. They will also support various teams with administrative tasks, co-ordinate couriers, office and kitchen supplies, and assist with catering arrangements for in-house events.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Good computer skills, capable of learning new programs
- Skill in organising resources and establishing priorities
- Proven ability to work independently, collaboratively, and as an effective team member
