About this role | Mo tenei turanga mahi We are looking for a true thought leader to join our Microsoft Dynamics team in Wellington to take on the role of the Regional Lead.
In this dynamic role, you'll be pivotal in driving growth and innovation, wearing multiple hats as a strategist, leader, and technical expert.
The r ole looks after the lower North Island and South Island and a reasonable amount of travel and flexibility will be required.
Your extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Customer Engagement will be invaluable as you serve as a Principal Consultant and expert for the platform, engaging with customers of all sizes – small, medium, and large.
You'll also provide business and technological leadership and guidance to all people within a business and a strong commitment to staying current with the latest advancements in Business Central is a must.
As a Regional Lead, your people leadership skills will be vital as you lead, guide and mentor your team of consultants and adapt to their various needs.
You will be fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture and your leadership will inspire and motivate your team, providing support to help them grow and succeed.
You will be responsible for conducting performance reviews, and ensuring that your team has the resources and training they need to excel.
Your ability to build strong relationships and create a positive work environment will be crucial in driving team success and achieving organisational goals.
You'll assist with developing and executing the strategic vision for the D365 practice, ensuring market leadership and continuous growth.
You will also take a leading role in major projects, providing project guidance and governance, interfacing with customers, product teams, internal stakeholders and third-party organisations.
Furthermore, you'll lead and provide technical governance for customer engagements, ensuring successful delivery from proposal to execution.
You will drive sales initiatives, develop strategies to attract new and manage relationships with existing customers.
Your ability to understand business needs and present compelling solutions will be key to expanding our customer base and achieving our sales targets.
You'll also act as the liaison with vendors and external third parties, provide sales support by working closely with relationship managers and the sales team regarding pre-sales activities, and be involved with building and constructing demos for customers.
Your financial acumen will be crucial as well as your solid business analysis expertise.
Conducting thorough analyses to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions will be essential.
Staying updated with the latest trends and developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Customer Engagement and the Power Platform, you will ensure that our practice remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding our customers and our team to success.
  Skills and experience | Nga pukenga me nga wheako 10 + years' recognised expert in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central technology and ideally in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement speciality area with a deep understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
Proficiency across all core Business Central technologies along with other technologies like Azure and Power Platform Extensive experience leading and motivating teams within a consultancy or professional services firm, with a proven record of success in achieving measurable results.
Ability to guide and empower others, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, is a key strength.
Solid business analyst skills with the proven ability to think strategically, developing compelling business cases, strategies, and roadmaps that drive growth for the Business Central practice.
Demonstrated project delivery experience Sales experience and a strong track record in pre-sales Excellent writing and communication skills ensure clear and concise documentation that resonates with customers.
Adept at problem-solving and can gather information, evaluate options, and develop effective solutions under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills – you are able to connect and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and 3rd party representatives.
