Why don't you jump on board and see how far you can go?About the roleWe are seeking a positive, energetic Customer Support Manager to join our small rental vehicle team and lead improving the customer experience.Fun and creativity is part of the deal. We are looking for someone who loves dealing with people, has fresh ideas and is willing to learn.This role plays a vital role in achieving Handy Rentals growth plans whilst aligning with our service goals to deliver the best customer experience possible.You will report directly to the business owner and some of your key duties are listed below.Duties/responsibilities:Manage the day to day running of the customer support operationsManage and develop staff to deliver the highest levels of customer serviceDevelop and implement new strategies and ideas for improving the customer experiencePromote and sell Handy's products and services to potential and existing customersMaximize vehicle utilization and revenue per dayMaintain relationships with existing clientsIdentify and target new clientsMaintain our existing and potential customer relationships and be comfortable using software to do thisBenefits and perksWe are a small family owned business that has been operating since 1989. We are a 7 day operation so you will need to be able to cover rostered shifts from 8am to 4pm Weekdays and 8am to 12pm weekends.Experienced or not, we are looking for hard working and motivated individuals who are ready to learn and want to grow their career in a customer facing role. We prefer to find the right person rather than the right qualifications.
