Implementation Coordinator page is loadedImplementation CoordinatorApply locations Auckland Office time type Full time posted on Posted 9 Days Ago job requisition id JR101126First Things First - What We Can Offer YouHybrid working arrangementsGround-breaking parental leave programUp to 4 weeks' annual "Work from Anywhere" benefitSecond-to-none product trainingOpportunities for growth, development and career progressionFun team camaraderie and eventsPaid volunteer leave daysPublic holiday exchangeCasual dressAnd a range of other fantastic benefitsThe JobImplementation Coordinators ensure Simpro Group service resource operations run smoothly, and are the primary contact with new customers during the onboarding process.What You'll DoProcess new customer cases and book in implementation dates.Ensure administrative functions and processes relating to service resources are carried out in the CRM.Provide excellent customer communication, ensuring customers are responded to promptly.Work to achieve 100% billable utilisation of service resources where possible and escalate service disruptions to the local Implementation Manager.Help prepare customers for their successful adoption by providing resources and information to support the customer.Liaise between internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
This may include working closely with Professional Services, Operations and Sales.Drive customers to book training and consultation time, to ensure the implementation does not stall.
Backlogs of unscheduled time are reviewed periodically so customers do not 'fall through the cracks'.Collaborate with the Implementation Coordinator Team Lead to ensure global resource bandwidth needs are shared and addressed, as well as systems and processes are kept agile and up to date.What You'll BringA genuine self-starter who has drive and determinationExcellent time management skillsSomeone motivated by KPI's and targetsAnalytical and problem solving skillsIdeally someone with sales coordination or scheduling experienceYou will excel if you have an understanding of software adoption processes and an insight into the trades industriesCore values required of all Simpro, AroFlo, BigChange & ClockShark employees:While experience in the above areas will be highly considered, it's important to note they will be secondary to the person with the right determination, attitude and compatibility.
