This is a full-time on-site role as a Lodge Manager at Southpark Group's Luxury Lodge located in Rotorua.
The Lodge Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including guest services, staff management, and ensuring the smooth running of all lodge facilities and amenities.QualificationsExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of lodge operations and maintenanceAbility to multitask and work in a luxury environmentHospitality or business management degree is preferredAt least 5 years experience in hospitality management and customer serviceKnowledge of hunting and fishing, flora, fauna and local cultures, is preferredAssist in the growth of a first-class outdoor recreational environment with hunting, trout fishing, and nature trails.Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.Don't miss this opportunity to be part of one of New Zealand's finest hunting lodges.
