Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our hospitality division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxury lodge.
About the Position
The Lodge Manager will be responsible for managing the lodge's facilities and amenities, including guest services and staff management. This is a full-time on-site role that requires excellent leadership and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge
- Manage guest services and staff
- Ensure the smooth running of all lodge facilities and amenities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of lodge operations and maintenance
- Ability to multitask and work in a luxury environment
- Hospitality or business management degree preferred
- At least 5 years experience in hospitality management and customer service
- Knowledge of hunting and fishing, flora, fauna and local cultures, preferred
