They will also be responsible for information management business continuity plans, finance, talent mapping, induction and other corporate functions required to support the managers.Some deliverables include:Facilitate changes as required to the operating budgets, in consultation with Finance BranchProvide coaching for new staff on routine monthly financial requirementsSupport analysis of monthly expenditure and reporting of significant variancesLead the administrative support as requiredLead the coordination of procurement, distribution and replacement of corporate IT DevicesTo be successful in this role you will have:10 years' experience in coordination of business functions in supporting senior leadershipExcellent Excel skillsFinancial experience and sound understanding in budgeting management, creation, and manipulationProficient in the use of MS Office including Document Management systemsEffective people, process and resources management experienceExperience drafting formal communications to and for senior leadersPrevious high level office management experienceExperience with an ERP Financial Accounting module highly desirableExcellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skillsPlease apply below and we will be in touch.
