They are now seeking an experienced Employment Associate to join their dynamic team.About the OpportunityThis role offers the chance to work closely with a leading Partner of the firm, specialising in Employment and Health and Safety Law.As an Employment Lawyer in this role, you will provide practical advice and tailored solutions on a broad range of issues, including employment, health and safety, and education law.
You'll bring experience advising and representing both employers and employees in workplace conflicts and dispute resolution.This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of interesting and challenging areas, such as:Personal grievances for unjustified dismissalDisciplinary processes and performance managementRedundancy and restructuringRepresentation at mediations, the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court, and the Human Rights CommissionThe firm is open-minded about the level of experience and encourages all Employment Lawyers with 2+ years' PQE to apply.About YouThe ideal candidate will bring the following skills and experience:An experienced Employment Lawyer, ideally at Senior Solicitor to Associate level (but all candidates with 2+ years' PQE are encouraged to apply).Expertise in employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, workplace policies, disciplinary and performance management matters, redundancy and restructuring, workplace health and safety issues, and other employment-related matters.Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.If you're looking for a role where you can grow your expertise, enjoy a supportive team culture, and contribute to a highly respected firm, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
