About the Opportunity
This is an excellent chance to work closely with a leading Partner of Fluid Recruitment Limited, specialising in Employment and Health and Safety Law. As a Senior Employment Lawyer in this role, you will provide practical advice and tailored solutions on a broad range of issues, including employment, health and safety, and education law.
You'll bring experience advising and representing both employers and employees in workplace conflicts and dispute resolution. This includes personal grievances for unjustified dismissal, disciplinary processes and performance management, redundancy and restructuring, representation at mediations, the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court, and the Human Rights Commission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, workplace policies, disciplinary and performance management matters, redundancy and restructuring, workplace health and safety issues, and other employment-related matters.
  • Represent clients in mediations, the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court, and the Human Rights Commission.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and best practices, ensuring clients receive the highest level of expertise.

About You
The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years' PQE as an experienced Employment Lawyer, ideally at Senior Solicitor to Associate level. They will have strong relationship-building skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
