About the Opportunity: This role offers the chance to work closely with a leading Partner of the firm, specialising in Employment and Health and Safety Law.

As an Employment Lawyer in this role, you will provide practical advice and tailored solutions on a broad range of issues, including employment, health and safety, and education law. You'll bring experience advising and representing both employers and employees in workplace conflicts and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert guidance on employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, workplace policies, disciplinary and performance management matters, redundancy and restructuring, workplace health and safety issues, and other employment-related matters.
  • Becoming involved in mediations, the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court, and the Human Rights Commission.

About You: The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and experience:

  • An experienced Employment Lawyer, ideally at Senior Solicitor to Associate level (but all candidates with 2+ years' PQE are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
