About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our dynamic team, providing expert advice and support to clients in employment, health and safety, and education law. As a Senior Employment Lawyer, you will work closely with a leading Partner, developing tailored solutions for clients across a range of issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, workplace policies, disciplinary and performance management matters, redundancy and restructuring, workplace health and safety issues, and other employment-related matters.
- Represent clients in mediations, the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court, and the Human Rights Commission.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years' PQE as an experienced Employment Lawyer, ideally at Senior Solicitor to Associate level. They will have strong communication skills, a focus on delivering exceptional client service, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work.
