**Role Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to join our team and focus on raising funds for undergraduate scholarships. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing substantial financial support and cultivating lasting relationships with donors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise philanthropic funds for undergraduate scholarships by developing and implementing a coordinated plan
  • Engage with individual prospects and corporate partners to build relationships and secure significant gifts
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director Development, senior leaders, and the ARD team to provide a comprehensive programme of recognition and engagement for major donors
  • Manage a portfolio of scholarship donors and contribute to the development of strategic and annual operational plans for the scholarships fundraising function
