With a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality solar energy systems that meet the growing demand for clean energy.We are seeking a skilled and experiencedProject Coordinatorto join our small but fast-growing team based in our Christchurch Head Office.This role provides essential project coordination and administrative support to the Project Manager and Solar/BESS Design Manager, assisting with scheduling, resource allocation, and communication across the project delivery teams.Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Provide administrative support for Solar Farm/BESS projects, including managing project creation in Procore, SharePoint, and other systems.Assist with financial reporting, invoicing, and processing purchase orders.Manage project documentation, including filing, organisation, and archiving.Coordinate scheduling, manage diaries, and support appointment planning.Ensure secure, efficient project administration processes and assist with stakeholder communications.Support the Project Manager with meetings, reporting on project metrics, and maintaining processes and procedures.Qualifications and experience:At least 2+ years' experience in a project administration/coordination positionStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while managing a high volume of work.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Proficient computer skills, ideally experience with Procore (or a similar software).We are looking for a candidate with a positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude, who takes ownership of their work and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility.
