Most importantly we support our clients with turning insights into practical actions and tangible returns.What your day will look like:Handling and growing a portfolio of global and local re/insurance clients based in the Pacific regionDeveloping deep and sustainable relationships with C-Suite client executives and other critical team membersEngaging with clients to identify their strategic needs and priorities and develop potential solutionsManage delivery of agreed services in line with associated metrics and scorecardsBuilding and developing existing client relationships as well as proactively developing new relationships and business development opportunitiesQuickly and efficiently using an extensive global network of Aon colleagues, standard methodologies, and assets to generate compelling insights, analytics and strategic solutionsLeading, coaching, and supporting client delivery teamsBuilding impactful teams, encouraging a culture of development, and learning to nurture talentContributing to the growth of Aon Inpoint's brand development thought leadership, whitepapers, conferences, and presentationsHow this opportunity is different:Aon exists to shape decisions for the better, to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.

And when businesses thrive, communities and people flourish.Skills and experience that will lead to success:Demonstrating a track record of success, you will be curious, keen to learn and eager to challenge the status-quo with fact-based recommendations.Candidates will have a graduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant areaExperience working in (re)insurance, broking or the financial services industryStrong understanding of the insurance industry (both local & global)Proven track record in large global / complex client management and relationship buildingExperienced in handling sophisticated collaborated networks across multiple time zones and geographiesStrong presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skillsExperienced at identifying growth opportunities and tailoring solutions to supportAble to articulate the strategic view with detailed arguments and action plansAble to act with conviction and be a people-influencer with both C-suite leaders and operational teamsDemonstrates personal qualities of planning, resolving problems, collaboration, and dedication to personal developmentHow we support our colleagues:In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
