Our portfolio, spanning from in-vitro and in-vivo diagnostics to image-guided therapy and innovative cancer care, is crucial for clinical decision-making and treatment pathways.Your role:You provide project management of Atellica Solutions implementations for non-automation/automation sites.You support other highly complex projects, while collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.You lead all Siemens and customer activities on IDN/consolidator & multi-site implementation projects.You coordinate conference calls and/or face to face meetings with all those involved on implementation projects.You drive all communication on projects both internally and with customers, keeping all parties informed and drive projects to maximum efficiencies.You provide formal presentations in front of large groups of Siemens personnel or customers.You influence without authority, in a matrix environment.Your expertise:BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years work experience in project management.Candidates located within the East Zone of USA are strongly preferred.Candidates who are proficient in both English and Spanish are preferred.Candidates with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.Working knowledge of regulatory agency requirements specific to the clinical laboratory environment is a plus.Proven track record of managing external customer projects of various scale and complexity.Strong complex problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical issues into non-technical terms.Professional attitude, comfortable working in large corporate setting populated with diverse types of people.Previous experience with laboratory automation and informatics products preferred.History of managing projects within the healthcare and laboratory diagnostic arenas preferred.Willing to travel up to 25%.Company Vehicle or plan provided.How we work: When you join Siemens Healthineers, you become one in a global team of scientists, clinicians, developers, researchers, professionals, and skilled specialists, who believe in each individual's potential to contribute with diverse ideas.As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome applications from individuals with disabilities.Successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
Our people make us unique as an employer in the med-tech industry.The base pay range for this position is Min $95,300 - Max $143,000.Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
