Seasonal Solutions Cooperative – Cromwell, South IslandJoin a passionate team dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for our RSE staff. In this role, you will help RSE staff settle in, access necessary services, and integrate into the community. From managing arrivals and accommodation to supporting health and well-being, your work will make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives who are working away from home for up to 9 months at a time. This position offers a dynamic environment with a focus on flexibility, adaptability, empathy, and an approachable demeanor.Responsibilities include:Assist RSE staff with arrivals, departures, and transfers, ensuring a smooth transition.Partner with accommodation providers to maintain high living standards for staff.Support staff inductions, completing documentation and delivering initial training.Advocate for health and well-being, coordinating medical appointments and social activities.Clearly explain key documentation to staff, promoting understanding and transparency.Build strong relationships with stakeholders.Ensure health and safety compliance in all activities.Provide flexible, on-call support outside standard hours as needed.About you:We are looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, and culturally aware, with the following skills and qualities:Positive attitude, team-oriented, fostering a collaborative culture across departments.Experience in people-focused roles and relationship management.Ability to display empathy, foster trust, and inclusivity among diverse cultures.Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.Self-managing, ability to prioritize, and strong time management skills.Ability to educate, coach, and deliver effective training sessions (training will be provided).Cromwell based.Valid New Zealand Driver's License.About us:Seasonal Solutions Cooperative Limited, founded in 2004, is a grower- and contractor-owned co-operative based in Alexandra, South Island, New Zealand.
