Review account performance regularly, address client concerns, and present tailored proposals to strengthen strategic relationships. New Business Development: Identify and target potential clients within the industry sector through market research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new customers, including tailored presentations and proposals. Present and demonstrate Alliance Fire and Security's products and services, addressing client needs and closing deals. Bonus Scheme: Performance-based bonus structure with exciting earning potential, allowing you to directly benefit from your success. Targets tied to client retention, upselling, and new business acquisition. Qualifications and Requirements 3+ years of account management or service company experience; proficient in PPM/Job Management software (e.g., Simpro, Uptick). Strong understanding of the Fire & Security industry, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, client-focused, with the ability to work independently and travel for client meetings or industry events as needed. This hybrid role at Alliance Fire and Security is a dynamic and strategic position that requires a proactive, customer-centric approach.
