Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Account Manager Opportunity to earn $120,000 pa A great opportunity to join a long-standing market leader in the manufacture, supply, and installation of a key range of product solutions to the residential and commercial building and construction industry.
They are always in growth mode which is why this opportunity is now available.
This is a genuine autonomous Account Manager role where you will take ownership and responsibility to drive sales growth by providing outstanding customer service to an existing customer base and use your business development skills to grow this customer base further.
In your new role you will: Identify and capture sales growth with existing customers and targeted new customers Take ownership of all aspects of sales, customer service, and relationship management for your customers from job quotation to completion Interact with a wide range of stakeholders: existing customers, targeted new customers, suppliers, specifiers and internal sales, support, production, dispatch, and finance teams.
Be supported by an internal customer service team Provide technical support to your customers Keep abreast of industry and market developments Report and analyse your sales results and process You will bring: A proven record of successfully growing profitable sales, ideally but not necessarily within the building and construction industry A real desire to take ownership and responsibility for delivering outstanding customer service and sales The drive and resilience to grow sales with existing customers and through new customer acquisition A positive, can-do attitude, self-motivation, and hands-on approach
