PTW is seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to join our team and support our Chief Executive Officer in Auckland, New Zealand.
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for enabling our Chief Executive to focus completely on their work.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, and maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
The role is primarily an in-office position, however this position will require you to match the needs of the executive in and outside the office.
Exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the Executive's needs are essential.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently on projects, handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion, and perform their job successfully by interacting seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals, including members of the Senior Management Team and leaders that report to the Executive.
As a Personal Assistant, you will handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Roles and Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive personal support to the Chief Executive, including managing an active calendar, preparing expense reports, making complex travel arrangements, and handling all administrative aspects of the CEO's personal life.
Keep the Executive well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately and prioritizing conflicting needs.
Proactively provide seamless support to the Executive, anticipating needs and responding to them promptly.
Assist with the CEO's personal tasks and errands, ensuring that all tasks are executed promptly, discreetly, and with the utmost professionalism.
Conduct special research or planning projects for the CEO.
Manage sensitive information with good judgment, discretion, and absolute confidentiality.
Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and other executives to ensure alignment.
Provide administrative support to the Auckland office, managing logistics of external staff and supporting on-site functions, including upkeep and maintenance of corporate assets.
Coordinate logistics for the CEO's office by providing on-site support when needed, including off-sites, industry events, and conferences with some travel required.
Requirements Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Possess expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
Be a highly resourceful team player who can also work effectively independently.
Demonstrate discretion when handling confidential information and be adaptable to competing demands while delivering excellent customer service.
Possess a proven ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Be forward-thinking and actively seek opportunities for growth and propose solutions.
Local candidates in or near Auckland, NZ are required as this is a hybrid role with 2-3 days of working in the office (as needed and as travel allows).
Candidates experienced working for the gaming industry are highly preferred but not required.
Education and Experience Requirements: Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
Possess a strong work tenure, with a minimum of two to five years of experience supporting a CEO or an executive at an equivalent level.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as online collaboration tools.
