We're counting on your voice and perspective to help us become even more clever, better, different.Join us to build an exceptional experience and to help us fulfil our purpose – making your place a better place.Kei a koe te mana I Make the right choiceReporting to the National Business Manager – NZ Retail, the Key Account Manager is to provide leadership and account management for Kiwicare and to work as part of sales of the Sales and Marketing teams in achieving Kiwicare's strategy and goals.Key Responsibilities:Ability to develop and implement growth strategies for retail sales channels.Proven capability to manage and resolve potential channel conflicts across various retail formats.Ability to manage potential channel conflicts within banners and across other retail channels such as Hardware and Supermarkets.Competence in developing strong partnerships with retail sales buying teams, ensuring Kiwicare is best in class in terms of KAM.Focus to drive key high value incremental opportunities to maximise our categories within retail sales channels.Capacity to plan and monitor 1-3 year rolling strategic plan, which includes a new product development roadmap and sales forecasting.O Koutou Pukenga | What you'll bring with you:Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.At least 3-4 years Key Account Management across the Grocery Channels or Hardware Channels (non-negotiable).Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics.Hono mai ki Kiwicare I Be a part of our Kiwicare familyOur strategic objectives focus our efforts on the things that we believe will help us achieve our goals, and it is our people that deliver our successes.
