Cultivate Meaningful Relationships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in our major accounts. Tailor Solutions: Craft customized proposals that meet customer needs, showcasing our diverse product and servicing capability. Be the Go-To Problem Solver: With a customer-centric approach, you'll collaborate with customers and our highly trained pest technicians to provide effective solutions that keep our customers safe. Stay Ahead of the Game: Monitor market trends, to develop the most robust customer solutions Be an essential Team player: Sharing knowledge and skills while supporting each other to deliver exceptional results for our customers and our team. Who You Are: A Strategic Key Account Manager with a strong track record of success in B2B environments and extensive experience within the service industry. Ideally, you have a background in pest management, allowing you to effectively address complex customer needs and provide tailored solutions Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with excellent time management skills. A master communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an ever-evolving environment. Proficient with computer systems and applications.
