This role is also responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and public sector stakeholders, aligning with the Business Development Strategy for New Zealand.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development & Account ManagementDriving the growth of the NZ business to increase membership and engagement in Wellington.Account Management and review process for allocated accounts - review of account progress over past 6 months (including feedback processes).MembershipsMembership Renewals – Manage annual sales cycle to share value proposition and secure renewal with allocated accounts.Membership Reporting – Work with operations on regular reporting on membership engagement (partnerships, attendance, speaking, etc).Opportunity ManagementOutbound Marketing - Development of marketing approach for event-specific opportunities (aligned to account allocation).Warm Lead Generation, Capture, Track – Pursuing and influencing new members and opportunities.Handover to Delivery – Collaborate with events delivery team to ensure handover of opportunity, inclusions, target lists.Event SuccessCollaborate with Sales & Data Analyst to create marketing campaigns or initiatives to drive customer success.Work closely with the Sales & Data Analyst on target list, VIP list to ensure maximised attendance.Work closely with the relevant Event Director to ensure successful event planning and execution.Attending and ensuring smooth execution of events on the ground.Success Metrics and ReportingEnsure Salesforce opportunities are kept up to date.Track key customer success metrics, such as customer satisfaction, retention rates, and product adoption.Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.Provide actionable recommendations to drive customer success and achieve business objectives.CompensationCompetitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experience up to $100,000 NZD.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their CV, along with a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and motivation for the role.
