Sound knowledge and experience in the use of SAP payroll Computer literate with strong skills in Excel, Word and Email, sound knowledge of Internet applications. Self-management and prioritising - excellent organisational / time management skills. Ensure all payroll input and maintenance has appropriate authorisation. Identifies, investigates and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records. Ensure all payroll documents are accurately processed and in timely manner by pay cycle Ensure all payroll deadlines are adhered to for accurate and timely disbursement of EFT for wages and salaries by pay cycle. Completes payroll reports for contract or managerial review. Timely administration and distribution of payslips. Manage payroll queries in a timely and efficient manner and resolve within agreed service level timeframes.
