This key role will be a crucial part of our Waikato/Bay of Plenty team, where you will lead the tendering process, overseeing bid preparation and post-tender negotiations for the division.Key responsibilities:Lead the preparation of high-quality tenders, ensuring they meet the right price and risk profileCollaborate with stakeholders during post-tender negotiations to secure successful outcomesTo succeed in this role, you will need the following:A strong background in commercial construction and quantity surveying, including pre-construction servicesProven experience with estimating softwareExceptional time management skillsExcellent negotiation abilities and a talent for building business relationshipsThe ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levelsLeadership skills to motivate and develop team members to reach their potentialA team-oriented mindset, taking personal ownership and responsibility for resultsThis is a permanent position with genuine potential for career advancement within a growing and dynamic organisation.
