The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the President & CEO's schedule, preparing and reviewing correspondence, and implementing effective filing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the President & CEO's schedule, arranging meetings and travel.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations before submitting to the President & CEO.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and directing them to relevant resources.
- Implement and maintain effective filing systems for efficient document management.
- Support various projects and initiatives as needed, providing administrative assistance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
