We can teach you everything about batteries but would expect you to have strong people management and customer relationship experience - this is vital for you to succeed in this role
As our Branch Manager you will manage daily operational and customer service requirements. Roll up your sleeves and work hands-on alongside your team, assisting on the front counter, warehouse operations and deliveries.
About the ROLE As the Branch Manager, you will lead an established, fast paced and passionate team focused on driving operational excellence.
You will focus on both developing new business whilst enhancing current customer relationships.
Having influence over our network and operation, this position would suit a self-motivated individual with strong business acumen who can drive the business and demonstrate great leadership qualities. A genuine care for team members and supporting them to succeed is important.
The main duties of this role include: Build relationship with customersLead, coach and mentor warehouse and sales staffOperational management of branch, including debtor control and stocktakesManage effective stock control (FIFO) to minimize aged stockEnsure customer experience is positive, leading to new opportunities and repeat business.Live our ValuesAbout YOU Minimum 2 years' experience in customer relationshipAble to lead and coach branch team to excelCapable and competent with managing administrative tasks, sales reports, stocktakes etc.Strong commercial abilities accompanied by the financial discipline to oversee the efficient and profitable operation of the branch.Values workplace safety and puts it first.Able to build relationship with customers and team.Well-developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsPhysically fit and capable of heavy lifting, including some repetitive lifting.Like to have FunWhat's in it for you?
