My client is a well-established building materials supplier With decades of experience and a commitment to excellence, they support all building needs from start to finish.
   
On their behalf, I am searching for sales and people driven Branch Manager to lead this West Auckland branch to success You will be responsible for coaching and developing a dedicated team and coordinating strategies to enhance branch performance.  
  
About the role: Responsible for the smooth running, management and development of a West Auckland branch Coaching, training and upskilling branch staff to set high performance standards and maximise branch performance Developing and implementing strategies to increase growth and drive market share Building and maintaining quality relationships with customers, suppliers, and staff Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards About you: You have proven sales and leadership experience in the building products or related sectors, preferably in a branch environment You have strong commercial acumen, sales, operational and analytical skills with a solid understanding of business drivers You can demonstrate experience in increasing sales performance, as well as streamlining operations - you enjoy interpreting P&Ls and have strong financial acumen You are comfortable with coaching and developing staff and are passionate about building high-performing teams You are practical by nature and a natural networker, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members You are eager to take on a new challenge This is already a successful business, so we are looking for someone to take this branch to the next level Benefits:
