There will also be opportunities for the successful candidate to be trained to work on additional modalities.The successful candidate will be required to participate in an on-call roster and work rotational shifts including afterhours, to meet operational requirements.Your tasks and responsibilities:Fulfilling the customer's needs for Preventative Maintenance, updates/upgrades, corrective service, and installations. All, in accordance with business contractual obligations.Timely completion of Service Reports with good liaison with the Customer Care Centre, management, sales, marketing, and/or customers ensuring current location and job status is communicated back to our Customer Care Centre.Comply with all Environment & Safety policies, service escalation procedures. Ensure that all customer requests, complaints, and comments are communicated to the relevant department for actioning.Maintaining personal knowledge of safety instructions and operational procedures and participate in training courses including 'self-learning', computer-based, and 'on the job' training.Your qualifications and experience:The successful candidate will be technical or university trained.You will have experience in service, maintenance, and installation activities on relevant medical technologies.You will ideally have experience with MR and CT and perhaps also Angiography and X-Ray systems.Having current NZ Electrical Service Technician's electrical registration will be viewed favorably; otherwise, you must meet the criteria to obtain one expeditiously.A Radiation licence will be considered advantageous, although this can be applied for with the support of the Company.Our global team:We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what's possible in healthcare to help improve people's lives around the world.
