Through every interaction, you'll help our clients nurture and expand their donor communities.
In this capacity, your primary objective will be to deliver the highest-quality supporter care service, aligning with best-practice fundraising disciplines. By being a true guardian of supporter stewardship, you'll help build continued loyalty with our clients' supporters, drive improved lifetime value, increase revenue, and enhance supporter engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Engaging in donor-centric communications on behalf of our clients, delivering exceptional experiences.Handling administrative tasks with precision, ensuring accurate donor data management.Contributing to the team's goals and objectives.About You: As a vital team member, you'll dive into supporting our mission and making a positive impact on our clients' donor care initiatives. You're a tech-savvy communicator, adept with CRM systems, and excel in empathetic communication.
Essential Personal Competencies:Strong customer service skills with confidence in outbound phone-based activities.Excellent team player, contributing to group growth and success.Proactive in problem-solving and detail-oriented tasks.Exceptional communication skills, coupled with high empathy.Tech-savvy and comfortable with various software.Requirements:Experience in a fundraising supporter care or call centre customer care environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.An ability to build trust and rapport quickly.Effective computer skills including database experience.Excellent attention to detail.Join Us:This role is your chance to leverage your empathy, technical know-how, and commitment to customer service excellence to shape the future of our clients' donor support. Based in our Wairau office in Auckland, this contract position offers competitive remuneration of $27 - 32 per hour (depending on experience), Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm. The duration of the contract will be discussed during the hiring process.
