In general, you will be expected to:Solution Design and Architecture·Lead and/or strongly contribute to the end-to-end design and architecture of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.·Collaboration with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.·Manage the definition of procurement, projects or financial functional requirements as a subject matter expert to understand system requirements and ensure successful deployment and solution.·Stay current with Oracle ERP Cloud updates and new features, assessing their potential impact on existing systems and processes.·Influence the right outcomes whilst engaging with project stakeholders of all levels, and identify risks and issues with appropriate escalation channels to ensure timely project delivery.Implementation and configuration:·Manage and oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle ERP Cloud modules.·Ensuring successful integration of Oracle ERP Cloud with other enterprise systems.·This may also include active involvement in solution design activities - creating functional specifications, configuration, creating documentation, testing and training activities – and ensuring that the solutions are fit for purpose.Functional Team leadership:·Lead and mentor the functional team in the implementation and support of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.·Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely completion of project milestones.·Lead system testing efforts, including developing test plans, conducting functional testing, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).·Facilitate team meetings, providing guidance and support to address any challenges and ensure project success.·Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.·Manage users and stakeholder expectations, own change management issues and escalate as required to appropriate channels to ensure full user adoption.General:·Participate in project meetings and status meetings, provide mentorship and guidance to a team of functional and technical consultants on and near/offshore.·Assist with presales activities and procurement proposals as and when required.Enough about us, let’s talk about youYou are someone with:·Extensive experience as an Oracle ERP Cloud Functional Lead or skills in a similar ERP with hands on configuration skills.·Delivered at least 3 full cycle ERP Programmes, ideally greenfield implementations.·Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations or Oracle Cloud certifications would be highly beneficial.
