  1. Proven experience with marketing automation technologies such as Adobe Campaign.
  2. Experience in the build, integration and optimisation of digital marketing tools, specifically customer journeys and campaigns.
  3. Extensive commercial experience in digital marketing within client or agency side.
  4. Track record of increasing conversion, content engagement and audience reach.
  5. Inspiring, consultative leader who is regularly visible and engages with others to develop solutions.
