Mo te whai waahi | About the opportunity You will lead the delivery of seamless, engaging customer experiences across all digital and marketing technology platforms at Farmlands.
Responsibilities include: Leading a team of digital design and delivery specialists, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy and trading priorities.
Maximising the impact of MarTech solutions, by identifying and managing the delivery of automated journeys to deliver loyalty, retention, acquisition, upselling and onboarding outcomes.
Overseeing the execution and continuous optimisation of our tech platforms to ensure they deliver value to the business and its customers.
Mohou ake | About you Inspiring, consultative leader who is regularly visible and engages with others to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
Proven experience with marketing automation technologies such as Adobe Campaign.
Experience in the build, integration and optimisation of digital marketing tools, specifically customer journeys and campaigns.
Extensive commercial experience in digital marketing within client or agency side.
Track record of increasing conversion, content engagement and audience reach.
