We have an exciting opportunity available for an Office Manager located in our Auckland office in New Zealand. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced family-owned business, with offices in all states of Australia as well as in New Zealand and Los Angeles.
About the Role We are searching for a highly astute Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Auckland Office working closely with our Marketing and Operations Manager as well as our Head Office in Australia.
You will support all administration for foodservice/hospitality and retail grocery sales teams as well as working closely with our 3PL supplier.
This is a hands-on role with all aspects of administration and office management.
Responsibilities: Open and close the office, overseeing all responsibilities relating to it's daily operationsSupport finance reporting processes and ensure accurate documentationManage debtors/creditorsManaging sales administration supportCoordination of a 3PL warehouseLiaising closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to support business initiatives Liaising with the head office in Australia About You A background in a similar role running a small office preferably within FMCG, food or beverage industry Strong administration skills including experience managing debtorsProactive attitude with ability to work independently in a small office settingPrevious experience with a 3PL warehouse is desirableExcellent communication skills, able to liaise with internal teams and handle escalations effectivelyA strong communicator with the ability to drive results, be solutions focused and able to identify issues early on We Offer You: A comprehensive Remuneration packageGenerous staff discounts on productsPersonal and professional growth opportunities to continue learning and developing your careerGiving back to the community by our generous contribution and involvement in a number of major charitiesBe part of a unique culture built on strong family values Vittoria Food & Beverage is committed to developing and retaining highly talented people.
