We’re now on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Property Manager to join this dynamic team that values both performance and work-life balance. About the Role This is a fast-paced, diverse role at the heart of the business. As Assistant Property Manager, you’ll provide exceptional support to the team across multiple functions, including: Providing portfolio coverage when team members are taking a well-earned break Executing leasing on new management properties Assisting the Business Development Manager with rental assessments and client meetings Working within a vibrant, innovative and rewarding environment, you’ll learn on the job and gain access to knowledge from experts in the industry. Regular training will be provided as well as enrolment onto REINZ PM4. About You You’re proactive, organised and have a keen eye for detail. As a key point of contact for the business, you’ll bring energy and professionalism to every interaction – whether it’s face-to-face, over the phone or via email. You’re confident taking the lead on small projects and are motivated to hit your goals and contribute to business growth.
