We're looking for someone to lead our client partnerships and drive new business growth.  We operate a highly customer-centric strategy, in which we strive to build lasting personal relationships with our customers. As our Account Director, you'll be the face of that drive. Your mission will be to identify opportunities, nurture new business, build strong relationships and ensure delivery of the exceptional results our clients deserve. This is a senior role reporting directly to the CEO with multiple direct reports beneath them. Please do not apply unless you have the appropriate leadership experience and proven business development skills. You will have to have worked in the Auckland market for several years and have either a strong personal brand or large network. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Lead and develop a high-performing Account Management team. Oversee client campaigns and ensure delivery of exceptional results. Contribute to the agency's strategic direction. Qualifications Proven track record in new business development and client management. Strong leadership and team management skills.
